Taranis Resources Inc. Has signed an Exclusive Letter of Intent to AcquiRe FortyTwo Metals, 100% owner of The Past-Producing MAX Concentrator and Molybdenum deposit Near Trout Lake, B.C.

The MAX concentrator was originally purchased from ASARCO (Van Stone Mine) and was previously utilized for production of concentrates similar to those slated for production from the Thor deposit. It is currently rated at 1,000 tonnes per day.

Taranis is investigating the benefits of the transaction, including:

C$50M in tax pools which can be deducted off the cost of installation and operating expenses
A permitted tailings storage facility roughly 8km SW from the Thor project
Crushing, grinding and flotation circuits in excellent condition
Fully convertible to polymetallic ore processing
Bunkhouses and lab facilities
A past-producing molybdenum deposit
5,200 hectares useful for mining purposes
We are building a mine at Thor!

The MAX facilities are in good condition, but without a suitable source of ore feed and economic incentive to operate, they will surely deteriorate further and require expensive reclamation and closure work at the taxpayers' expense.

Taranis Resources is interested in acquiring and repurposing the MAX facilities to make efficient use of the mining infrastructure already in the Trout Lake area. Contact Taranis today to learn more about how we are pioneering sustainable mining in this historic region of Southeast British Columbia!
